have you ever actually tried carving like that?
i've not seen it done on watermelon... but i'm
sure we've all seen it done with pumpkins and
gourds.

i think that depending on the design, it's pretty
easy... but i have to respect those intricate
designs... like the roses and flowers.

i think those little bowls (crane and turtle) are
pretty awesome!
